By accessing or using RealityFromDreams.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Site.

To access the Site’s AI generation tools, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Credits and Purchases
How Credits Work
RealityFromDreams.com operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access AI image, video, and voice generation tools. Credit costs per generation are displayed on each tool page before use.
Purchasing Credits
Credits are purchased through Stripe, our payment processor. All purchases are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected credit pack.

No Refunds
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
Credit Expiration
Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to generate content that:
- Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
- Depicts or promotes violence, harm, or illegal activity
- Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any person
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Impersonates any person or entity
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Is designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
- Promotes hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these standards, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
6. AI-Generated Content
Your Prompts
You retain ownership of the text prompts you submit to the Site’s generation tools.
Generated Output
Content generated through the Site’s AI tools is provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers:
- **OpenAI** terms govern image generation output
- **Replicate / Seedance** terms govern video generation output
- **ElevenLabs** terms govern voice generation output
You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with the terms of these providers and applicable law.
No Guarantee of Uniqueness
AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be unique. Similar prompts may produce similar results for different users. We make no claims of exclusivity over generated output.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Content
TThe Site’s design, logo, branding, written content, and original creative works are owned by Thomas J. Jourden, Sole Proprietor, doing business as Wayserious Enterprises, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission. The Site is built using third-party software and services including WordPress, WooCommerce, and Blocksy, each governed by their respective licenses and terms. We make no claim of ownership over these third-party platforms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Site. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the services you request.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THOMAS J. JOURDEN AND WAYSERIOUS ENTERPRISES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thomas J. Jourden, Wayserious Enterprises, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
